Purchasing a product from Tranquil Tunes entails a contract and subsequent obligations to pay for the product and collect it; hence the cost is irreversible. Throughout the period, where the product was purchased but not downloaded owing to its digital nature, we do not even offer the option to return the item. 

**3. Conditions of Use** 

You are only permitted to use the digital products for personal use and under a limited, non-exclusive and non-transferable license which you are granted on purchasing the products. This implies that Tranquil Tunes has control over our items and may not be modified, sold, or distributed by any party without formal permission from Tranquil Tunes.  

**4. Rights of Authors** 

All products in the digital format and all additional materials are the property of Tranquil Tunes. You cannot claim the right of a copy owner of the copied material solely from the purchase of our products.  

**5. Restrictions of Work** 

They are also not permitted to use the digital products for any business or gain purpose as well as making any alterations because the work was created in respect to enjoyment.

**6. Health Disclaimer** 

Tranquil Tunes does not offer any of its products for the purpose of diagnosing, treating, curing, or avoiding any disease or health condition. Any use of the products should be made freely and should not replace medical advice or treatment.

**7. Termination of Rights**  

Tranquil Tunes will revoke your license to use the products if the terms of the agreement are breached. You will be obliged to refrain from using the products and erase them from all your devices after termination.
